Angkor National Museum
The Angkor National Museum is an archaeological museum dedicated to the collection, preservation, and presentation of Angkorian artifacts. This museum also provides information about the art and culture of the Khmer civilization. The majority of the museum’s collections are from the Khmer Empire‘s Angkor period beginning in the 9th century and ending in the 14th century. Most of the artifacts are discovered in and around the numerous Angkor archaeological sites nearby.
